I would like to take the opportunity to contribute my spontaneous observation that probably comes out best in a series of questions:

Who is made (in)visible by the question "Is there a gay bias in queer studies?"?
May I suggest you ask more openly: Whose biases currently get most space and attention in queer studies?"

In your issue, with your title question, which scope of queer studies are you addressing? Languages, regions, other bias groups... whatever?
